Can I track my orders?

Once an order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link enabling you to track your shipment. For any issues, please contact us

Delivery time

The delivery time can slightly vary depending on the ordered itmes. Locally (EU wide) you can count with 3-5 working days from the day the product exits the production. Internationally it may take longer, but usaually our products are delivered within 2 to 3 weeks tops.

What are the delivery costs?

Shipping costs are based on the the destination and type/size of the ordered items. You will always see the exact delivery cost at checkout before completing your payment.

Can I return an order?

Order can be returned no later than 14 days after you, or someone for you, received your order. To start a return, please contact us first to confirm if a return can be granted for the specific item you wish to return. If the return is accepted, we will provide you with further instructions. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Moreover, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. Please not that the products are your liability until they are received back at our warehouse. The item(s) must be in the same condition they were when you received it/them: unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Overall, please carefully read and understand our Refund Policy before placing an order.

When will I be refunded once a return has been accepted?

As soon as we have received and accepted your return, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take up to 14 business days to process returns. Once the refund is issued you will receive an email-confirmation.

What if my ordered item is damaged or defective?

In the very unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please reach out to our customer support team within 3 business days of receiving the order. We may request photographic evidence of the damaged or defective product for review and will work with you to find an appropriate resolution.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept PayPal and Shop payments as well as almost all common credit cards. Furthermore invoice payments via Klarna are welcome. Please note some payment methods are subject to local availability.

What are Giclée Prints?

Giclée prints with pigment ink offer a much higher dot density than a classical print as well as finer color and tonal graduations than in the offset or digital prints. In fact, 10 different ink colors are used for giclée printing, compared to 4 ink colors used for offset and digital prints. Moreover, there is a wide range of high quality, gallery-grade fine art papers with lots of different textures. We always choose the most adequate for best results.

How can I ensure the durability of my prints?

To ensure your prints will last, please consider the following:

1. Use cotton gloves when you handle your prints to avoid sweat and grease decreasing the durability of your prints.

2. Store your prints on a acid-free and pH-neutral underground.

3. Avoid temperature variation. The best environment should have temperatures between 18-25°C with an humidity factor 30-40%.

4. Do not expose your prints to direct sunlight. Optimally display your prints behind a glass with UV protection, this also helps with possible air contamination.
